Another Recession is Coming!
Now is a good time to buy and sell real estate.
To be honest, even if another recession is coming, determining if it is a good time to sell, buy and move is a personal decision, and if you plan ahead, you will make the right choice regardless of real estate “so-called” experts predictions of a recession this year.
I have been a real estate consultant for over 30 years. Believe me I have made my fair share of mistakes. The thing that troubles me is that home sellers and home buyers are still making the same costly mistakes that sellers and buyers were making when I first started in the real estate business.
